Workplace First Aid
Rescue Training International’s First Aid at Work Training Programs are fully aligned with the European Guidelines for First Aid Training in the workplace.
Indicatively, they have been approved and recognized as follows:

- Department of Labor Inspection CY (ΤΕΕ 21.01.6.3.19-15) First Aid at Work.
- Office for Standards in Education (UK) 12hrs Paediatric First Aid for Childminders.
- British Resuscitation Council (CPR – AED).
- Satisfies the NCMA (UK) requirement for the Paediatric First Aid First Aid training.
- Association of Healthcare Trainers – AoHT (UK).
- British Canoe Union (BCU).
- ASI Academy of Surfing Instructors (GB).
Through the International Network of RTI Instructors and RTI Training Centers, specialized and certified First Aid at Work training is provided to companies and industries internationally.
Safety at Work – Greece
According to Law 5239/2025, Article 39, case δβ),
Every company employing more than fifty (50) employees at a single facility must provide, through courses delivered by certified first aid training providers, training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and choking management (Heimlich manoeuvre) to half of the employees at the facility every three (3) years.
The following specially designed training programs are recommended:
- Emergency First Aid at Work GR
- Emergency First Aid at Work (+) GR (incl. Automated External Defibrillator).
Safety at Work – Cyprus
According to the 2009 Regulations (Safety and Health at Work),
First aiders are required to be trained in First Aid at Work and hold a valid certificate issued by an Approved First Aid Training Provider.
The training includes 2 Training Programs.
Taking into account the factors mentioned above, the employer determines which of the above programs each first aider should attend.
Safety at Work – United Kingdom
According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, every workplace must have at least one trained first aider.
The training includes 2 Training Programs.
