Anyone can provide First Aid, provided they have acquired the necessary knowledge by attending relevant first aid training courses and hold the appropriate training certificate.

Anyone interested in learning both basic and advanced first aid techniques in order to respond appropriately to an emergency is eligible to participate.

After providing first aid in an emergency, you may be asked to explain what happened, who you are, what actions you took and on what authority you acted. If you hold an approved first aid certificate, you will be legally covered under the Good Samaritan Law.

An approved first aid certificate is awarded upon successful completion, following assessment, of an accredited first aid training program.

All of our first aid training programs are consensually approved by the Basic Life Support (BLS) Task Force of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). They are also officially recognized by the competent government authorities in more than 150 countries across Europe, Australia, America, South Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
